The Kōkainese Phineaners (Phineaner: Orang Phineaner Kōkai; Kōkainese Phineaner: Ughang Phineaner Kōkaï or Ughaong Phineaner Kōkaï; Jawi: اورڠ ملايو كوكي) are a native Phineaner ethnic group living in the State of Kōkai, Phinbella and also have significant populations in the territories of Syōnan Archipelago and Nod-Krai. The Kōkainese Phineaners are a subgroup of the larger Phineaner ethnic group found in the world of Teyvat-Phineonesia, which includes the Phinbella proper and Shandānø'kaí, including Forajasaki, which differ significantly, particularly in language and culture, although they share ethnic ties to each other and practice Umraism. The Kōkainese Phineaners are the largest Phineaner subgroup in the Phinbellan Euran States region, and are among the the Phineaner subgroup found on the continent of Eura other than Mataba, Daau and the former Zyrkistan territories. Traditionally, the Kōkainese Phineaners lived along the Losong and Glayzer river basins, and today, they are also found in other collectivities in Kōkai along with other Phineaner subgroups or with other ethnicities in the state.
Kōkainese Phineaners are defined and considered as Phinbellan Phineaners in the national census and are in the same status as Phinbellan Phineaners residing in other states in Phinbella, even though Kōkainese Phineaners were born and resided in Phinbellan Euran States region even for generations before or after the merger of Kōkai with the other two states into the Federal Republic of Phinbella in 1729 AN. They are also defined as part of the Bumiputera classification together as a subgroup within the Phinbellan Phineaners ethnic population along with the Natlanese, Gur'latanese, Gogobugians, Xenovians, Sam-Sam, Kagayans, Kisarans, Joseon-Budu, Orang Ulu, Iban, Syōnan Islanders, Yapreayans and Drusselsteinians.
