The 2023 CrFA League 2 season was the twentieth edition of the CrFA League 2, the secondary football league in Craitland. The league was contested by eight teams, and was held between September 2022 and May 2023.

The league was won by Mainlae Town FC, for their fifth title.

Promotion-relegation play-offs

Mandatory play-offs were held to determine whether relegation and promotion took place. The first-placed team in League 2 faced the bottom-placed team from League 1, and the bottom-placed team in League 2 faced the first-placed team from League 3.
