Kurum Ash-Sharqia took part in Microvision Song Contest 2022 with the song "Rahmatun lilʾalamīn" (رحمةٌ للعالمين) by Maher Zain. The artist also performed last year's entry of Kurum Ash-Sharqia. The song is sung in Arboric. This act was performed fourty-third in this year's contest.
This Arabic song is a praise to the prophet Muhammad, who is the mercy of the worlds. He brought all people together, without distinction of race, and taught us to accept all prophets. He is the perfect example of peace and simplicity.
