MTO Headquarters Resolution

The MTO Headquarters Resolution (officially, Resolution GA-1705-1) is a resolution of the General Assembly of the Micras Treaty Organization. It was adopted on 10.IX.1705 AN.

Its passage allowed for a method for the General Assembly to decide on a new headquarters, after its expulsion from Chryse, where the General Assembly would decide on a headquarters using ranked-choice voting between the following candidate cities: Acquecalde, Ashtaroth, 's Koningenwaarde, Tiegang, and Vesüha.

The General Assembly,

Recalling the forced evacuation of the Micras Treaty Organization (MTO) from Chryse,

Cognizant that the MTO has been without a headquarters since, and

Mindful that a new headquarters is necessary,

Having received the candidacies for a headquarters from Acquecalde, Ashtaroth, 's Koningenwaarde, Tiegang, and Vesüha,

Decides:

(1) To authorize the Secretary General to negotiate and ratify a settlement for a headquarters of the MTO in the city that the General Assembly shall decide under the next clause, provided such settlement and ratification is in accordance with the General Membership Treaty; and

(2) That the General Assembly shall decide on a headquarters through a ranked-choice ballot where the cities of Acquecalde, Ashtaroth, 's Koningenwaarde, Tiegang, and Vesüha are candidates.
