Relay Television (Phineaner: Talivisyen/Televisyen Relay; RTV) is a free-to-air terrestrial television network in Phinbella established and launched on 21 August -27BP, it is owned by Broadcast Relay Services Phinbella (BRS) and is the third television network in Phinbella after De Veertiende (ARF's flagship station) where it only covers the Free area of the Federation and its surroundings, including directly-administered territories and Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï.
