Template:Infobox autonomous republic Niuē, Taman Lawang, Islands of Panci and Discovery Reef is an entities in southeastern Phinbella, 2,400 kilometres (1,500 mi) southeast of Țravenōraş. Niuē i Taman Lawang's land area is about 9,432.90 square kilometres (3,642 sq mi) and its population, predominantly Niuean, was about 24,600 in RP 2612. The Niuē, Taman Lawang, Islands of Panci and Discovery Reef's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) covers 1,960,027 square kilometres (756,771 sq mi) of ocean. Niuē i Taman Lawang are bordered with enclaved Territory of Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area, Sixty-Four Villages Eastern Islands in the east and Lostisland in the west.

Niuē, Taman Lawang, Islands of Panci and Discovery Reef is a sovereign occupied entity with Government of Phinbella, and Phinbella conducts most diplomatic relations on its behalf. Niueans are citizens of Phinbella, and Ikmal Hakimi is head of state in her capacity as President of Phinbella. Between 90% and 95% of Niuean people live in Phinbella, along with about 70% of the speakers of the Niuean language. Niuē, Taman Lawang, Islands of Panci and Discovery Reef is a bilingual country, with 30% of the population speaking both Niuean and Malay. The percentage of monolingual Indokistani-speaking people is only 11%, while 46% are monolingual Niuean speakers.

Niuē, Taman Lawang, Islands of Panci and Discovery Reef is subdivided into 14 municipalities. Each municipalities has a municipal council that elects its chairperson. The municipalities are at the same time electoral districts; each village sends an assemblyperson to the Parliament of Niuē, Taman Lawang, Islands of Panci and Discovery Reef. A small and democratic nation, Niueans hold legislative elections every 3 years.

The Niuē i Taman Lawang's main population centres are in the city of Pantai Chawang (13,007 in RP 2612), where there is an international airport. There is also a larger population of Niueans in Phinbella itself: in the RP 2616 census, 61,839 people said they were Niueans, or of Niuē i Taman Lawang descent.

With over 168,000 visitors travelling to the entity in RP 2616, tourism is the country's main industry, and the leading element of the economy, ahead of offshore banking, pearls, and marine and fruit exports.
