Niuē, Taman Lawang, Islands of Panci and Discovery Reef or known as Niuē i Taman Lawang is a Phinbellan sovereign occupied entity located in the eastern part of Phinbella. It is the most populous entity in Phinbella, it borders the Territory of Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area including its enclave and is located west of the Territory of Sixty-Four Villages Eastern Islands and east of Lostisland. The Niuē i Taman Lawang Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) covers 12,994.17 square kilometers of ocean. There have been efforts to find a new name and a new place to make it the capital of Niuē i Taman Lawang, as there is no de facto official capital for this entity. Niuē i Taman Lawang consists of 12 districts and two autonomous districts with their own governments and legislatures, previously it contained eight districts.
Niuē i Taman Lawang was established in December RP 2615 under the Constitution Act, as Niuē i Taman Lawang joined Phinbella as a self-governing entity under the sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Phinbella, which was previously part of the Unincorporated Territory.
Niuē i Taman Lawang has three largest communities known as Niuēians, they are descendants of Constancians, Phineaners and Thraci. There is also a small community of Niuēians of Armenian and Tellian descent. The Constancian community makes up 40 percent of the population, while the Phineaners community makes up 8.6% and the Thraci community makes up 22.2% of the population, the Armenian and Tellian communities each have 2.8% of the population. Niuēian is a citizens of Phinbella and has the right to vote in the election of the President of Phinbella. Niuē i Taman Lawang is an entity that uses Phineaner, Constancian and Thraci as the entity’s official language.
