Normark–Nouvelle Alexandrie relations
The relations between the Kingdom of Normark and the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie are friendly and rooted in their shared membership in and belief in the Raspur Pact system. Both Normark and Nouvelle Alexandrie collaborate with one another with regard to Keltia Command, and alignment with the Micras Treaty Organization ancillary treaties of which they share membership: the Convention on the Establishment of a Common Court, the Treaty to Establish the International Commission, and the Convention on the Laws of the Seas.
Normark achieved independence from Elwynn in 1703 AN, after Elwynn had joined the Benacian Union.
Timeline
- 1673 AN: Alduria, a precursor state to Nouvelle Alexandrie, establish relations with Natopia. Normark is at this point part of Natopia.
- 1685 AN: Alduria and the Wechua Nation form Alduria-Wechua.
- 1693 AN: Alduria-Wechua changes its name to Nouvelle Alexandrie.
- 1703 AN: Normark receives independence from Elwynn; keeps its membership in the Raspur Pact. Embassies are established in each other's capitals.

Embassy of Nouvelle Alexandrie in Normark
The Embassy of Nouvelle Alexandrie in Normark is located at the New Alexandrian Mission Complex in Elijah's Rest. The current head of mission and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Nouvelle Alexandrie in Normark is Pumalluqi Alca Pumasupa, appointed to the post in 1708 AN by the new FHP government. Ms. Pumasupa previously served as Chief of Staff (1704 AN-1710 AN) for her predecessor, Ambassador Lucien Malgastado de Lopez, appointed by the SDLA government of Julio Delgado in 1704 AN. Mr. Malgastado de Lopez resigned as Ambassador after surviving a heart attack at a public diplomatic function at the Ambassador's Offices and Residence in Elijah's Rest that left him paralyzed. The position has traditionally been held by career civil servants in the Departmental Civil Service or in the Executive Civil Service, appointed by the different governments of the day based on the candidate's personal capacity or talent, experience, and, at many times, political affiliation or support.
The New Alexandrian Mission Complex in Elijah's Rest was originally constructed as the Imperial Alexandrian Consulate in Elijah's Rest in 1622 AN when Normark was a territory of Natopia. It contains three main buildings: the Chancery, the Ambassador's Offices and Residence, and the Inti Office Building, which is the largest of the three.
The Wechua Cultural Liaison was the esteemed Dr. Awaq Quispe Qori, until his death in 1707 AN. His office has not been filled by any diplomatic appointments since, the office's responsibilities having folded into the portfolio of Ambassador Pumasupa since {[AN|1708}}.
The Inti Office Building and the Chancery both house the core diplomatic and administrative offices of the Embassy of Nouvelle Alexandrie in Normark. The main press conference rooms, such as the Dr. Awaq Quispe Qori Briefing Room and the Blue State Rooms, are in the Chancery building. The Inti Office Building contains the offices of diplomatic and political officials employed by the embassy in its day-to-day operations. The Inti Office Building also houses the headquarters of the embassy's security services and Federal Force garrison, among other political and economic agencies and organizations.

The Embassy exercises a number of functions in its representation of Nouvelle Alexandrie in Normark, including political, administrative, economic, public diplomacy, and consular affairs, that are managed under the Ambassador by policy counselors and civil servants from the relevant executive departments of Nouvelle Alexandrie, mainly the Department of State and Department of Trade & Industry.
For bilateral development projects, officials from the Department of State and Department of Trade & Industry of Nouvelle Alexandrie both, while military affairs are managed by the Keltia Command through the Raspur Pact. The Keltia Command maintains offices, archives, and military liaisons in the Inti Office Building and in the Chancery buildings.

Trade
Trade between the two countries is governed by the Raspur Pact. There is thus free movement of workers, goods, and services between the two countries and between these countries and other Raspur Pact countries.
Trade is done through shipping and air.
