The 2016–17 EMUFA Cup was the fifth edition of the EMUFA Cup, which began on 31 August 2016 with the Qualifying round and culminated with the Final in May 2017. Forty-one teams participated in the competition from 22 nations.

The final was held over a single match, held on 24 May 2017. If the match was drawn, extra time and penalties were to be used to settle the tie.
