Elia Simrani-Osman, triple national of Shireroth, Constancia, and the Order of the Holy Lakes. Previously also a citizen of the formerly-sovereign Emirate of Sathrati together with the Imperial Dominion of the Marquessate of Zy-Rodun and the Counties of Yardistan, Amity, and Mirioth. Daughter of Adam al-Osman and Madani Simrani.

As part of the Modanese Migration, granted asylum, nationality and residency in the Imperial State of Constancia on 21.IV.1668. Minor employment in the Euran Directorate of ESB, 1668. Granted Sathrati nationality, 1676. Elected by shareholders as one of the members of the Board of Directors of the Gold Star Ferry Corporation, 1676-1690. Married to Zacharias Avon-El, 1678. This union yielded two daughters, Madani Avon-El (born 1685 AN) and Sara Avon-El (born 1688 AN).

Appointed by her favourite aunt as Governor of the Viscounty of Lumenetra with plenipotentiary power from 1688-1690.

Recruited with her husband into better executive employment with the ESB Group effective 1691. Dispatched to Ardashirshahr to take up the office of General Secretary of the Red Orchid Society of Elwynn in 1696 AN. Appointed to the Board of Directors of the Imperial and Emirati Bank of the Sathrati Islands in 1700 AN.
