Túpac Mendoza (born Túpac Anastasio Mendoza Huaman, 19.XII.1682 AN) is a New Alexandrian career diplomat who serves as Ambassador to Hurmu, a position to which he was appointed on 28.XIV.1748 AN by Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez.

Born in Rimarima, Wechua Nation, Mendoza joined the Wechua Nation Foreign Service in 1706 AN and became part of the federal diplomatic corps following the Proclamation of Punta Santiago in 1685 AN, representing one of the longest-serving career civil servants in the Department of State.

Over his four-decade career, he has served as Deputy Chief of Mission in Natopia (1712 AN-1719 AN), Ambassador to Sanama (1719 AN-1728 AN), Director of Multilateral Affairs (1728 AN-1735 AN), and Ambassador to Mercury (1735 AN-1748 AN). A non-partisan career civil servant, Mendoza is known for his expertise in multilateral diplomacy and his fluency in Wechua, Alexandrian, Sanaman, Martino, Norse, and Istvanistani, having received the Distinguished Service Medal for his contributions to New Alexandrian diplomacy.
