The 2013 Copa Apollonia will the second tournament of the Copa Apollonia, and will be held in Senya between 6 July and 20 July 2013. The eight competing national teams will qualify to be involved through the 2013 FMF World Cup qualification competition.
Hosts
Senya was chosen as the hosts of the tournament after submitting one of three applications. The FMF Executives agreed that the Senyan bid was more suited for hosting than the other applicants' and it was announced that the host's national team would receive an automatic berth in the tournament, as well as the winners of the previous tournament.

Qualification
Qualification for the 2013 Copa Apollonia will be decided by the AEFA's groups in the 2013 FMF World Cup qualification rounds. All four group winners will advance to the tournament, as well as between two and four runners-up, depending on the finishing positions of the hosts and Novatainia, who will be given an automatic place in the competition as defending champions.
