So-called "travelling nations" are nations that have been situated in different places on the MCS claimsmap during their existence.

These nations' homelands may have "travelled" through numerous means, though such examples generally fit one of three criteria and often span multiple continents:

  1. Nations which relocated their entire claim in one go,
  2. Nations which expanded their land before abandoning their original claim and retaining only newer-claimed land,
  3. Nations which claimed in one location before being removed from Micras and subsequently returning in another.
