The Phinbellan language (Bahasa Phinbella, Jawi: بهاس ڤينبيللا) or Phinbellan Phineaner (), is the name regularly applied to the Phineaner language used in Phinbella (as opposed to the lect used in Indokistan, which is referred to as the Indokistani language). Constitutionally, however, the official language of Phinbella is Phineaner, but the government from time to time refers to it as Phinbellan. Standard Phinbellan is a standard form of the Johore-Riau dialect of Phineaner. It is spoken by much of the Phinbellan population, although most learn a vernacular form of Phineaner or other native language first.
Phinbellan Phineaner (Bahasa Phineaner Phinbella), also known as Standard Phineaner (Bahasa Phineaner Piawai) or Phinbellan language (Bahasa Phinbella), is a standardized form of Phineaner language used in Phinbella, a constituent country of the Confederation of the Phineonesian Nations. The Phinbellan language is one of the varieties of the Phineaner language, compared to the variety of the Phineaner language used in Forajasaki, where it is referred to as the "Forajasakian" language, and also compared to the variety used in Indokistan which is referred to as the Indokistani language. Phineaner is one of the four official and national languages of Phinbella, in addition to Taesongean, Batavian, Afrikaans and Romansh. According to the constitution, the first official language in Phinbella is referred to as "Phineaner", but the term "Phinbellan" or "Phinbellan language" is used in the official context from time to time, also used as the official term for Phineaner language by Micras Linguistic Society. The Phinbellan language is standardized from the High Phineaner dialect. It is spoken by most Phinbella residents, including significant speakers in Forajasaki, and there are other countries such as Kunapura especially by Kunapuran Phineaners that use such Phinbellan standards, although most in Phinbella learn Phineaner vernacular forms, dialects, other national languages or mother tongues first. Phineaner language is a compulsory subject in primary and secondary schools along with Taesongean language, while its other national languages namely Afrikaans and Romansh are optional subjects and can be studied in vernacular schools.

Article 152 of the Federation designates Phineaner, Taesongean, Afrikaans and Romansh as the official language. Between 2020 and 2027, the official term Bahasa Phinbella was replaced by "Bahasa Phineaner". Today, to recognize that Phinbella is composed of many ethnic groups (and not only the ethnic Phinbellan Phineaners), the term Bahasa Phinbella has once again become the government's preferred designation for the Bahasa Kebangsaan (National Language) and the Bahasa Perpaduan/Penyatu (unifying language/lingua franca).

The script of the Phinbellan language is prescribed by law as the Latin alphabet, known in Phineaner as Rumi (Roman alphabets), provided that the Arabic alphabet called Jawi (or Phineaner script) and Hangul is not proscribed for that purpose. Rumi is official while efforts are currently being undertaken to preserve Jawi and Hangul script and to revive its use in Phinbella. The Latin alphabet, however, is still the most commonly used script in Phinbella, both for official and informal purposes.
Borrowed words
List of loanwords in Phinbellan Phineaner
The Phinbellan language has most of its borrowings absorbed from Sanskrit, Eeshan, Arya, Persian, Portuguese, Dutch, Sinitic languages, Arborian and more recently, English (in particular many scientific and technological terms). Modern Phinbellan Phineaner has also been influenced lexically by the Indokistani variety, largely through the popularity of Indokistani dramas, soap operas, and music.

Colloquial and contemporary usage
Bahasa Rojak

Colloquial and contemporary usage of Phineaner includes modern Phinbellan vocabulary, which may not be familiar to the older generation, such as awék (girl), balɒk (guy) or  chun (pretty). New plural pronouns have also been formed out of the original pronouns and the word orang (person), such as kitorang (kite + orang, the exclusive "we", in place of kami) or diorang (die + orang, "they"). Code-switching between English and Phinbellan and the use of novel loanwords is widespread, forming Bahasa Rojak. Consequently, this phenomenon has raised the displeasure of linguistic purists in Phinbella, in their effort to uphold use of the prescribed standard language.

Phinbellan Colloquial Phineaner is a spoken language are derived from Gangwol Phineaner and influenced with other east coast dialects of Phineaner.

Phinbellan Phineaner (Phineaner: Bahasa Phineaner Phinbella), also known as Standard Phineaner (Phineaner: Bahasa Phineaner Piawai) or Phinbellan language (Phineaner: Bahasa Phinbella), is a standardized form of Phineaner language used in Phinbella, a constituent country of the Confederation of the Phineonesian Nations.
