Ruling at the pleasure of the Khanum and Viceroy, the Tarkhan enjoyed unlimited powers with which to enforce the [[Brida]] and collect the tribute payments owed to the Khanate of [[Lontinien]].

Government

Since 7.VIII.1729 AN the city has been under the rule of the Tarkhan of Ghawlama, Aurangzeb Daniyal Erdenechuluun al-Osman.
