TQQS-DTV (channel 12) is the flagship VHF television station of the TPHK-SIBC network in Kéijō, serving Tromelin Atoll and Bassas da Íeu'ryïan in the Scattered Islands. The station is owned and operated by the TPHK-SIBC Broadcasting Corporation, with its studios located at the Artmedia Broadcasting Center in the San Sebastian neighborhood. It is also the sister station to the secondary station TXQR-DTV (channel 19)—currently a DBS affiliate—the radio stations TQQS-SFM (FM 89.2㎒) and TQQS-FM (FM 91.6㎒), and two class A stations: TXBQ-CD (channel 34) and TXZN-CD (channel 50, which shares spectrum with TQQS).
It was regarded as the first and oldest commercial station in the Scattered Islands and the Phineaner-speaking and Sangunese-speaking area of the Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan. The station served as the originating channel of the network's TPHK-SIBC programming, which was relayed to all its regional and low-powered affiliated stations.
