Sam Butcher (Born 1999) is a Florian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Super League Football club Dragonmoor FC and Floria national football team. A prolific goalscorer at both club and international level, Butcher is known for his finishing, pace and poaching abilities in difficult situations. He is considered a generational talent and one of Micras's best forwards alongside Floria teammate Cristiano Ramirez.
Butcher is a homegrown talent of Dragonmoor FC having been in the academy since the team's Red Bear period. With the Dragonmoor club, Butcher has won three Florian top-flight titles whilst at the international level, Butcher has won both the Copa Apollonia and FMF World Cup. He is currently Floria's top scorer in major tournaments. Butcher is notable for being the first and only player to score 40 goals in a Big 4 League season on Micras achieving this in the 2021-22 season.

Butcher was born into an athletic family with both of his parents both track and field athletes when they were at university and is their only child. Butcher has been a lifelong fan of Dragonmoor FC and dreamed one day of winning the league with the team, which he achieved in the 2020-21 season.
Butcher is married to childhood sweetheart and Florian pop star Lizzy James Butcher.
