Ioakim Ivanovich Maksimilianovich-Shvinnskiy
Ioakim Ivanovich Maksimilianovich-Shvinnskiy, born 1703, son of the concubinage union between Ivan Maksimilianov-Shvinnskiy, Viscount of Hope, and Christina Aguilar in accordance with Imperial Decree 1180.
Holds Shirerithian and Hurmudan nationality due to his father, and is a dual-national of Nouvelle Alexandrie and Constancia because of his mother.
Strong and persistent rumors indicated that as offspring of his mother, he was made Ward of the Imperial State. Repeatedly rebuffed by Imperial Constancian authorities of varying levels, but it soon became general knowledge that due to the extreme busyness of his respective parents, and with their written permission, he, like his elder brother was enrolled in the Saraymardana and Dabirestân-e Andarûn, followed by higher education at Nouvelle Alexandrie, under the watchful eye of the State Protection Authority, graduating 1725 with a bachelor's degree in, of all things, literature. Rebuffed offered ESB Group internships in lieu of one at the Primo de Aguilar Imperial State Library, which intrigued his Constancian relatives once they were made aware.
Introduced to, and spent time with his Constancian relatives during school breaks. Enlisted in the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces by operation of law, assigned to the 506th (Molivadia) Army, Command Cohort, Military Household of the Prince of Molivadia by direct order of the Autokrator of Constancia, who intended to ensure that proper Constancian upbringing would remove the liberal weaknesses inherent from the boy's mother.
Did not want for anything financially thanks to his dynastic parentage. Unlike his elder brother, declined a professional military career, instead choosing academia. Applied as a researcher and an instructor of literature at Euran University despite his existing appointment as docent at the Primo de Aguilar Imperial State Library. Recognized accordingly with state honors during the 1727 Extraordinary Investiture.
