The Khanate of Krasnarus was a federal subject within the southeastern Apollonian nation Krasnocoria. It was founded on July 18, 2017, and before its independence, represented Nedland's presence on Micras. With a population of about 38.5 million, it claims the western and southern areas of Kendall Island (Albion), as well as a small peninsula off of Apollonia and its surrounding areas, known as Sylvania and Phedodah. Much of Krasnarus' territory was previously Antican, and as such, it is known for ethnic Anticans being over 20% of the overall population.

History

Sovereign state

The Khanate of Krasnarus was established in 1650 AN (18 July 18 2017) as an independent state on Micras. Initially with two regions, Elbijun (Albion) and Silvensku (Sylvania), which later expanded with the regions of Phedodah and Paribian Isles.

War of Lost Brothers

Krasnarus had close ties with Coria, which meant that the nation sided with Coria when the War of Lost Brothers broke out. A Krasnarus-Corian Pact had been concluded.

Kingdom of Krasnocoria

In 1661 AN (24 June 2018), the kingdom formally merged into the Kingdom of Krasnocoria, retaining its royal title, legislature, and internal autonomy while becoming a federal subject. Krasnarus has since functioned as a stabilising federal unit, contributing to royal politics and regional administration.

Krasnarus is divided into four regions: Albion (pop. 27,283,436), Sylvania (pop. 7,611,851), Phedodah (pop. 2,613,773), and the Paribian Isles (pop. 1,032,988). They are further divided up into districts:

Government and Politics

Krasnarus is governed by a Governor (Ned Gunderson) and a Chief Advisor (Hasan Çakar), with legislative powers held by the Kurultay. The khanate retains a high degree of autonomy within Krasnocoria, with its own legislation on education, culture, and internal affairs.

Sports

Krasnarus had an organised domestic football system, most prominently the Krasnarusyn Super Liga and the Krasnarusyn Second League.

In the 2018 Copa Apollonia qualification the national team of Krasnarus lost by an away goals rule from Stormark. But in the 2020 Copa Apollonia ended up to the Semi-finals, losing from Floria.
