Ytro, also known as Ytro II and Ytro of Karamola, is the only son and oldest child of King Şahan I and Queen Enhei of Akhidia. As such, he is the crown prince of Akhidia.

On the same day of his birth, his cousin Sechigu was born.

He is named for his paternal grandfather, King Ytro I.

In 1741 AN, Ytro was awarded the Shirerithian peerage Count of Karamola. He married Safiye Çelebi in 1746 AN; as of 1751 AN, the couple have two children: a son, Şahan, and a daughter, Nadia.
