Tanah Baru (Phineaner and Petrosian word for "New Land"), officially Tanah Baru Special Administrative Territory (Phineaner: Wilayah Pentadbiran Khas Tanah Baru; abbr. Tanah Baru SAT, TB-SAT or TNBR-SAT), is a Phinbellan proposed special administrative territory located in Southern Keltia. Tanah Baru borders the Sea of Storms in the south, also borders the Nouvelle Alexandrie regions namely Valencia in the south, west and northwest, Santander in the north and Borinquen in the east. Tanah Baru is located approximately more than 2,000 kilometers from Phinéas Padolski and approximately 5,000 kilometers from the capital of Phinbella, Negara Awan. The capital and largest city of this territory is Soekarnograd which is located on the southern coast of this territory. With an area of 793,084.41 square kilometers (306,211.60 sq mi) despite having a population of 4,981,082 people of various nationalities, Tanah Baru is the largest special administrative region in Phinbella, and it is larger than the territory of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï. Among the other cities found in this territory are Labuan Alperen and Hastinapura.

Tanah Baru was established as a state in Los Bay Petros with the name State of Tanah Baru, the state was divided into five counties, but the administration of Los Bay Petros over Tanah Baru only lasted for almost two years. After several years of not being administered until the Soekarnograd Uprisings, the Passasian influence from Passio-Corum was accepted by the population, and a dependency known as the Dependency of Tanah Baru was established in RP 2612. At first it administered Soekarnograd and its surroundings. Passasian influence extended throughout Tanah Baru including to Juliusstraat in the north and Fort Carol in the west in RP 2615.
