The 'Big Five'
ICHL
The Intercontinental Hockey League is the joint most popular major 'Big Four' league alongside the Florian Football League and is the only league of 'Big Four' which is played indoors. In the inaugural season when the league was originally known as the Florian Hockey League. The league only had six teams but rapidly expanded to 24 teams the season afterwards. After this expansion to 24 teams, the league expanded again to the 32 teams from three continents for 2019 and onwards. Ice Hockey is most popular in the north and east of the country but is the rapidly growing in the newer expansion regions of the country such as Port Farrar and Dragonmoor. The ICHL is one of the most popular sports leagues in the world and is watched by audiences domestically and worldwide. The ICHL is the only major professional sports league in the Florian Republic that contains teams outside of the country.
FFL
The Florian Football League is a professional Amorian football league and was founded in 2018 when gridiron alongside rugby league became popular in the country. The league is the highest professional level of Amorian football on Micras and currently has 18 teams and will expand to 24 teams starting from the 2020 season. The league is the only professional sports league in the Confederate States of Floria to have all its teams located in the mainland. FFL games are the most attended of domestic professional leagues in the world in terms of per-game attendance, and the most popular in Floria in terms of television ratings. Its championship game, the President Bowl, is the most-watched annual event on Florian television.
The FFL operates it's own rules of gridiron football and therefore teams are ineligible to compete at the Micras Bowl, organised by the MGFF. Because of this, the winner of the annual President Bowl is commonly described as 'World Champions' despite other countries playing the sport under different rules.
SLB
Super League Baseball is the highest level of baseball in Apollonia. There are currently eight-member teams which are all located in the Florian mainland. Baseball, previously the Florian Republic's favourite amateur sport became professional in 2020. It is the smallest professional league in the country however expansion to 15 teams will happen in 2021.
FBA
The FBA is the premier basketball competition on Micras. It has 30 teams from the Florian mainland and the league is most popular in major city's such as Northcliff and Dragonmoor. The league is the only major league to have a franchise located in each state and is the most popular sports league amongst minor ethnic communities. The FBA's main rival league is the Krasnocorian Koldagas Basketball League.
Super League Football
The top tier football competition in the Confederate States of Floria, the league consists of 20 teams and is one of the most popular leagues on Micras. Major teams include Northcliff United, Ostville Wednesday, Dragonmoor FC and Stonehall Hotspur.

The Florian Super League is the highest level of play of rugby league in Apollonia. There are currently 18 teams, all located in Floria and the highest-ranked teams qualify for the FMRL World Club Championships. It is the oldest and third most popular professional league in the Confederate States of Floria. Super League lost 'Big' league status in 1685 AN after the rapid growth of popularity from Super League Football and FBA.
