The Imperial Constancian Postal Savings Bank is a universal and commercial bank and a provider of financial services to partners in government and industry, and serves to promote rural thrift and to mobilize civic savings for local development. Founded in 1700 via Autokratorial Decree in line with the success story of the Postal Bank of the Marquessate and the Royal Postal Savings Bank created by Ransenar Royal Decree IV, it was funded via a 5 billion Imperial Stater loan from the Constancian Legacy Asset Management Permanent Fund.

Headquartered in Aqaba, it has commercial branches in Arak, Arete, Petronium, Hypatia, Nivardom, Raspur City, Port Aguilar, Zylenisí, Augustinium, as well as branches in Lumenetra and Delfinenstrand.

Governance

The Imperial Constancian Postal Savings Bank is led by a President elected for a five-year term, and governed by a Board of Directors.
