The Lakkvia national football team is the football team which represents the Craitish autonomous territory of Lakkvia. It is a member of the AEFA, and is run by the Lakkvia Palloliit. The team is seen as the spiritual successor to Hurmu in that the vast majority of its players originate from this nation's team, but it does not retain its records.
History
Lakkvia applied successfully to join the FMF after the territory was founded by Craitland in late 2013. In the following year's qualifiers, the team finished second in their six-team group with twenty points to reach the 2014 Copa Apollonia, where they could only draw one match and finished bottom of their group.
In the 2015 qualifiers, the team finished top of their five-team group with 15 points and qualified for their first World Cup. In their début World Cup, the team finished third in their group with seven points to advance to the play-off round, where they lost to eventual runners-up Tellia 3–1.
In 2016, Lakkvia successfully bid to host the year's Copa Apollonia, qualifying automatically as a result, and instead competed in the inaugural FMF Confederations Cup, where they finished third in their four-team group with seven points. In the Copa Apollonia, the team were unable to make home advantage count as they finished third in their four-team group with four points and failed to advance.
The team topped their four-team 2017 World Cup qualifying group unbeaten with 16 points to qualify for a second finals. In the World Cup, the team finished third in their group with seven points to advance to the play-off round for a second successive finals, where they were beaten 2–0 by Vyktory.
