The Cerialimpiade (Phineaner: Sukan Cerialimpiade, Taesongean: 처리알림피아드; RRCheorialimpiadeu) is an annual or biennial national multi-sport event in Phinbella involving young athletes from a contingent of the territory of states in the Federation, special administrative regions, four directly-administered units, one team of Phinbellan Maritime Territories and four dependent territory (Permata Mutiara, Ross Dependency, Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï and Oystra Stoorskerið), as well as athletes or sporting team from university students, school students, artists, police, military and several other communities both from within and outside the country. This name is a combination of the Phineaner word "Ceria" which literally means cheerful and "Olympiad". This games was organized by the Phinbellan Sports Federation.

The latest game was held in RP 2617 after a three-year delay, with the fifth Cerialimpiade Games being held in Phinéas Padolski. The sixth Cerialimpiade Games in RP 2618 will be held in September or October RP 2618, but no host city has yet been selected.
