The league was contested by twelve teams in each the Premier and Challenger Divisions. It was held between September 2023 and May 2024.
The season opener, the Meckelnish Supercup, saw the rematch between the Liubz Vacationers and Victoria Clippers, the finalists in the 2023 Royal Football Cup. Liubz won the Supercup over Victoria, who had won the previous matchup.
