The 2022 VBNB Second Division for women is the second season of the New Batavian VBNB Second Division for women. The league is being contested by 18 teams. The season was won by FC Duiburg, which promoted to the First Division together with FC Berksem.

Changes from 2022

After the secession of Kurum Ash-Sharqia several teams left the VBNB to join FAKUR. In the course of 2021 also several new teams were founded in the new territories. Each VBNB league went from 8 to 18 clubs.
