The 2021 VBNB First Division (women) is the first season of the New Batavian VBNB First Division for women. The league was being contested by eight teams. It began on February 5, 2021.
For the 2022 season, VC Lucerne and FC Patriottenbaai were supposed to relegate to the second division, but thanks to the competition reform (8 to 18 teams), they were able to remain in the first division.
