The Ecclesiastical Mountain Republic national football team is the football team which represents the Constancian protectorate of the Ecclesiastical Mountain Republic. It is a member of the AEFA. The team is the official successor of Eklesia, and as such retains its records.
History
The team was founded in mid-2021 after the Ecclesiastical Mountain Republic, which has existed on Micras since earlier in the year after being founded by Constancia as the successor state to Eklesia, applied successfully for FMF membership. While as Eklesia, the team had competed in the 2018 Copa Apollonia qualification rounds, finishing their group fifth of six, and in the 2019 World Cup qualifiers, placing fourth in their five-team group before leaving Micras later in the year.
