Phinbella is a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-lingual country, Phinbellans descended from Phineaners, Taesongeans, Indians, Xiangi, Thracis, Eureltians or Phineonesians, Boers and aborigines formed the majority of the population before RP 2600, which was the year of the beginning of the Phinbellan provisional government.
