Smilla Eenpalu is a Hurmu noblewoman, politician and diplomat; ambassador of Hurmu to Craitland (since 1719), ambassador to the MTO (1705–1719) Senator of the Lakes for the Ayreonist List, for 92 days 16.XII.1701 to 36.XV.1701. Became Senator upon the death of Anskar Isamma, which occurred after the 1701 elections had concluded but before the new Senate met. As such, she was a "lame-duck" replacement senator until the "old" Senate finished its term by the end of 1701. Since 1705, Hurmu's ambassador to the MTO – ensured Hurmu becoming the headquarters of the MTO.
Eenpalu became a Lady of the Holy Lakes through her marriage to Kristofer u-Malik (born 1654) who himself belongs to the Line of Malik u-War. Kristofer u-Malik and Eenpalu do not see eye-to-eye politically, as Kristofer is a former nativist, now Verionist senator, and Eenpalu an Ayreonist. They have been separated since 1695, but they have not divorced, as that would mean that Eenpalu could no longer remain a member of the Order of the Holy Lakes. They have two adult children, Mihkel Eenpalu (born 1678) and Riina Eenpalu (born 1680).
