The 2022 VBNB First Division (women) is the second season of the New Batavian VBNB First Division for women. The league was being contested by 18 teams. Verbroedering Patriottenbaai was this season's winner.
Changes from 2021
After the secession of Kurum Ash-Sharqia several teams left the VBNB to join FAKUR. In the course of 2021 also several new teams were founded in the new territories. Each VBNB league went from 8 to 18 clubs.
FC Patriottenbaai and VC Lucerne were supposed to relegate to the Second Division, but were able to stay in the First Division due to the reform of the competition.
