The Unsigned Treaties Resolution (GA-1705-2) was adopted on 17.X.1705 AN.
This resolution made the Small, Rational Mutual Defense Treaty and the Small Commonwealth Ongoing recWar League Treaty no longer possible for states to join, as it had no member states. It also made any future treaties, without member states, impossible for other states to join.
