Igar Kosko (born Igor Kosko) was a retired Gerenian footballer who played for KP International during his entire career.

Career

Club career

Born in Tawlkar, though living in Port Elerat since 1994, Kosko began his career at International SC in 2012.

On 4 August 2012, Kosko made his professional debut with International SC in a Gerenian League 1 match against Mayfield Bazree AC. Kosko scored the first goal of the game at the 9th minute. At the end of the First Championship, Kosko had appeared in all but one of International's matches, as he missed one due to an injury, and became the League top goalscorer with 11 goals. In spite of his good peformances (including a hat-trick against traditional rivals Isherwood CSSC), International finished third in the First Championship, and failed to reach the final.

Kosko reached the semi-finals of both the Gerenian National Cup and the Gerenian AEFA Champions' League qualifiers in 2012.

2012 had a happy ending for Kosko, as he was called up for the 2013 Four Nations Internationals (once Gerenia's entry was confirmed), and he received two awards: the Gerenian Player of the Year award, and two Gerenian L1 Awards for being the best player and the top goalscorer of the Gerenian League 1.

International career

Kosko's first appearance with the Sailromes occurred on 5 January 2013 against Senya, a match for the 2013 Four Nations Internationals that ended in a 1–1 draw. Again, Kosko scored the first goal of the game, this time during the second half.

Kosko played for the national team until the end of the 2013 Copa Apollonia, held in Senya. He left the team having played 28 matches and scored 14 goals.
