The Testament
I, Dominus Thorgils Tarjeisson Einhorn Ettlingar Verion, being of sound body and mind do hereby formally declare and affirm that the following herein constitutes my last will and testament. I do hereby revoke any and all wills and codicils heretofore made jointly or severally by me. I further declare that this last will and testament reflects my personal wishes without any undue influence whatsoever.
Daniyal Sikander Dravot shall hold the post of interim chairman of the ESB-Jörmungandr Group of Teldrin of Upper Lunaris in the event of my demise, and shall hold that post until the Board of the ESB-Jörmungandr Group is assembled to elect a replacement. This provision shall be registered with the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Goldshire also.
I humbly beseech His Riverine Majesty to allow and ordain that, in the event of my demise, Aqa Daniyal Sikander Dravot shall be appointed to the honours, offices and dignities that I have enjoyed the holding of for the service of the Elwynnese Union in the name of His Riverine Majesty. I also request that, in the event of my death that the same consideration be shown to Aqa Dravot by the Board of Governance of the People's Academy of Elwynn.
I request that the Manor of Chogha Zanbil in the Bailiwick of Xahazerke be granted to Aqa Dravot as a private residence and that the adjacent Manor of Jalal Khan be granted to the Tarjeisson Foundation for the purpose of providing a headquarters for that organisation.
I request that the Manor of Qasr-e-Qand in the Bailiwick of Mohamedion be granted to Aqa Eliza Carstens as a private residence and that the adjacent Manor of Zahhak be granted to the Tarjeisson Complex Marriage Community Trust for the purpose of providing facilities for that organisation.
All other manors and estates held in Alalehzamin & Utasia are to be surrendered to the Crown.
After the payment for all personal debts, expenses, and liabilities, as well as the costs of funeral and burial, I instruct that my property be bequeathed of as follows:
The value of my accounts held with the Imperial & Emirati Bank of Alalehzamin is, as of the turning of the year 1644, totalled at 674,098,000 Erb. With the permission of His Riverine Majesty, I request that this be disbursed, on the occasion of my death, in the following manner:
- 303,704,900 - The Tarjeisson Foundation, for the carrying on of good works in my name;
- 303,704,900 - The Tarjeisson Complex Marriage Community Trust, for the perpetuation of my genetic lineage;
- 20,000,000 - Eliza Carstens;
- 8,000,000 - Thorstein Noah;
- 8,000,000 - Noor bint Daniyal;
- 6,000,000 - Audun Joel Ayreon-Kalirion;
- 6,000,000 - Hallbjörn Haraldsson;
- 4,000,000 - Ludovic Alixion-Verion;
- 4,000,000 - Vilhjalm of Amokolia;
- 3,000,000 - Esther of Anglia;
- 3,000,000 - Aldin Ayreon-Kalirion;
- 2,000,000 - Adam Ayreon-Kalirion;
- 1,344,100 - Daniyal Sikander Dravot;
- 672,050 - Laqi Hyrrion;
- 400,000 - Marcellus Paixhans;

Should any of the above named predecease me I request that the amount apportioned to them be passed to the Tarjeisson Foundation for investment with the purpose of carrying on good works and philanthropy for the rural and urban poor in Alalehzamin and Utasia and for the relief and comfort of those whose lives have been blighted by the consequences of the many wars of recent years.
All other properties, articles and assets held by my person are to be liquidated and paid into the Tarjeisson Trust.
I appoint the ESB-Jörmungandr Group to be the executors of my estate.
I beseech the Council of Eliria to bear witness to this, my Last Will and Testament, and to affix their seals accordingly in recognition thereby.
Done on this day, in the City of Eliria at the Palace of Krull in the year 1644 of the Long Count and 6369 in the Short Count.
