Hyblios
Hyblios is a city that is a major port in, and administrative capital of the province of Shahzamin in the Imperial State of Constancia. The venerable Garvin Hendriksson was buried here.
History
Formerly known as Madinat Kasul or Laziville, capital of the Supreme People's Republic of Mbasana, it was razed to the ground as part of the concluding events of Operation Paramount and the Third Euran War, prior to the Alcala Declaration and the Alcala Accords.
Governance
Directly governed by the Governor of Shahzamin, since Hyblios is the provincial capital of Shahzamin.
Economy
ESB Construction (Shahzamin), subsidiary of ESB Construction, established an office on 1.II.1705. Construction of Port of Hyblios begun 1705.
Commercial Bank of Shahzamin created via Autokratorial Decree on 13.VIII.1716, and domiciled in Hyblios, but with branches in Eridu, Al-Ghabi, Edgardia, and Duhok. It also has a branch in Port Aguilar in the Principality of Molivadia, as well as in Aqaba and Nivardom.
