IV - Mass protest: call to action!
MAULIKPUR - Mass protest outside the Shahanshah's palace. Call on the government to take action against injustice in Frankish Cognito.
An unusual protest took place today in Maulikpur. The location is already unusual, as it is not taking place in the capital. The organization has called on people to come to Maulikpur, as the call to action is directed at the commander-in-chief, the Shahanshah. The call to action includes a plea for military intervention in Frankish Cognito. Among the protesters are many Barikalusians who see their former compatriots suffering.
After the Arboric Civil War, the current Frankish Cognito, among others, came under occupation by Lac Glacei. After four Norton years of occupation, it was decided under the Dasil Agreement to separate Frankish Cognito from Barikalus. This meant that some of the Barikalusians no longer lived in one country. At the time, the sentiment was that the Frankish would feel more at home under the flag of Lac Glacei than under the flag of Çakaristan. In recent years, sentiment has changed due to instability in Lac Glacei. Because Lac Glacei and Çakaristan have a relaxed policy on access to the enclaves of Abyla and Aduatuca. But now that the NKR insurrection has broken out and the Nü Krantisk Repüblik has partial control over Frankish Cognito, tension has arisen in the region. When all kinds of violations and violence came to light, this caused a lot of unrest in Barikalus.
Even before the protest had ended, images of helicopters emerged from Frankish Cognito. Not long after, images of fighter jets, clearly belonging to the Çakari Armed Forces, also appeared. However, given the element of surprise, the government had to keep secret the fact that a military operation was already underway.
