Article I
Normark and the Suren Confederacy recognise the leadership of the Benacian Union in the establishment of a new order in Benacia.
Article II
The Benacian Union, Normark, and the Suren Confederacy, recognise the leadership of the Committee of Euran Salvation in the maintenance of the established order on the continent of Eura. The Benacian Union, Normark, and the Suren Confederacy, further recognise the important role of the Euran Economic Union in the maintenance of the naturally harmonious and coordinated order of Eura.
Article III
The Benacian Union, Normark, and the Suren Confederacy agree to cooperate in their efforts on aforesaid lines. They further undertake to assist one another with all political, economic and military means if one of the Contracting Powers is attacked by a Power at present not involved in the Shirerithian War of Aggression.
Article IV
The Benacian Union, Normark, and the Suren Confederacy agree to maintain between themselves the economic, defence, and security cooperation established under the Raspur Pact.
Article V
Nothing in the present pact shall invalidate the Boreal Defence and Security Agreement.
Article VI
The present pact shall become valid immediately upon signature and shall remain in force ten years from the date on which it becomes effective. In due time, before the expiration of said term, the High Contracting Parties shall, at the request of any one of them, enter into negotiations for its renewal.
Article VII
Invitations to acede to this pact shall be made by the unanimous consent of all parties.
Article VIII

Article IX
This agreement shall be registered with the Micras Treaty Organisation and its provisions made publicly available.
