When Sanpantul was re-established, he migrated to Okaru, a city county of Miyaji, to study secondary school. She successfully graduated from Kuma Secondary School and was placed in Miyaji Girls' High School. She graduated from Miyaji Girls' High School in third place at the end of the year and earned the right to an additional quota for university. She studied political sciences at Kipei Samet University. After five years of education, he received a master's degree from Ofū Spatull University.

Her first entry into politics was for the 2022 Sanpantul general elections. Naito Chinami was elected as an deputy for the Liberal Party from Miyaji Prefecture. After a stint in [[Asenburi, he was nominated for Toichiten prefecture (formerly Diyu) for the 2023 Sanpantul local elections. Even though she wanted to compete for Miyaji, he was forced to compete in another region. As a result, she lost to her rival Misaki Koichi by a five-point margin. She served in many positions within Asenburi in later periods.

She announced his intention to run for office in the 2023 Sanpantul general elections, but was rejected by Akari Suzuki. She was later assigned to sign secret protocols with Victory Banner. Victory Banner was previously in close contact with Atiya bint Alsalam and held some secret meetings with the royal. When Naito Chinami learned more about the incident, he suddenly disbanded his faction within the party. The Liberal Party withdrew its candidacy in most places on behalf of Victory Banner, and as a result energy within the alliance was diverted to the other party. When the war started, the queen decided to use her commander-in-chief authority and the parliament was adjourned.

She took a long break from her party duties because the parliament was suspended during the Sanpo-Çakar War. Naito Chinami used the alias Hayley and introduced himself as Hafū for possible spy activities. He established love fruit and rice cooperatives to further develop the already very small agriculture in Sanpantul's villages. Village institutes were created by Thraci society to further integrate them into the island. She spent the money she earned to help Sanpanese automobile companies produce military vehicles. After Spider Fleet took full control of April Island, they resided there for a while. While she was providing rice aid to the soldiers there, Sanpantul surrendered.

After Sanpantul's autonomy was reduced, she tried to run for election on behalf of the Sanpantul Senate Party, but could not be elected because she came in second place behind Arai Rima. She began to take a greater role in the party congress. She was then that he began negotiating intensively with Humanists internationally. After the [[[1725 Çakaristan elections]], she entered the parliament with Arai Rima. She heavily criticized the monetary policy of the party, but supported Çakaristan's intense peace diplomacy. She entered the international media's radar for the first time in the parliament. Her success continued in 1727, and she won the right to represent the parliament for another term, coming in second place, ahead of Horie Zenko. She was one of the rare people who did not abstain from the events within the royal family. After Sanpantul's autonomy was increased in 1729, he could not serve in the Çakaristan parliament again.

In 1730, she declared that he had been in a personal crisis a long time ago, but she continued to take part in the long election marathon. She was persuaded to run for president after Arai Rima's death from heart failure in 1731. She became chairman by receiving 55% of the internal party elections in which she competed as two candidates. She declared her claim as prime minister for the 2024 Sanpanese general elections. Despite the corruption scandal within the party during the election marathon, she was elected prime minister in the voting conducted by Kyūden, receiving approximately 46% of the votes, and had to break ties with the party in accordance with the constitution.
