Osman-Aguilar Holdings Corporation is a corporation registered and operating under the laws of the Imperial State of Constancia, and domiciled in Raspur but with offices in Nivardom, Raspur, and the Constancian Commercial Exchange Building complex, Aqaba.
It is, in effect, the Family Office of the House of Santiago-Santander.
Management
A Board of Directors, elected annually by the shareholders, controls the company, while daily management is run by an executive team elected annually by majority of the Board of Directors.
In 1693, a reorganization in the secretive corporation was announced in Constancian business news. The Princess Rosamund and The Prince Iñigo, both having reached the age of majority, joined the Board of Directors, and the Prince of Molivadia, Autokrator of Constancia, was formally appointed Chairman Emeritus.
