The N&H Future Leadership Programme, date of foundation presently unknown, is a series of linked initiatives geared towards producing successive generations of reliable leadership candidates originating from lineages derived from suitable figures within the existing National and Regional Sector Parties of the global Humanist movement.
Individuals, units, and institutions identified as being associated with the Future Leadership Programme have at various times been identified as being active in pre-independence Sanama, Raspur, Normark, Whales, and Hurmu.
The programme has been associated with individuals, units, and institutions in pre-independence Sanama, Raspur, Normark, Whales, and Hurmu. These individuals and groups are believed to have been actively involved in the development and implementation of the programme.
The aim of the Nationalist-Humanist Future Leadership Programme is to identify and cultivate future leaders from within the ranks of the National and Regional Sector Parties, with the goal of ensuring that the global Humanist movement has a steady supply of capable leaders to guide it into the future. The programme focuses on identifying individuals with the right combination of skills, knowledge, and experience to become effective leaders, and providing them with the support and training they need to succeed.
The Nationalist-Humanist Future Leadership Programme has been praised for its commitment to fostering the development of future leaders, and for its focus on promoting diversity and inclusion within the Humanist movement. Critics, however, have raised concerns about the potential for the programme to be used as a tool for advancing the interests of certain groups or individuals within the movement, and about its potential impact on the democratic decision-making process within the Humanist movement.
Despite these concerns, the Nationalist-Humanist Future Leadership Programme remains an important initiative within the global Humanist movement, and continues to play a significant role in shaping the future direction of the movement.
There have been concerns raised about the potential for the Nationalist-Humanist Future Leadership Programme to be used as a cover for a selective breeding programme. These concerns stem from the programme's focus on identifying and cultivating leadership candidates from specific lineages within the National and Regional Sector Parties of the global Humanist movement. The programme has been noted as taking an especial interest in those bloodlines associated with the Order of the Holy Lakes, to the extent that a certain amount of collusion between the genealogists of the two organisations has become suspected in the rather niche and conspiratorial circles that speculate upon such things.
While the exact details of the programme's selection and training processes are not publicly known, some have expressed concern that the programme may be using methods of genetic engineering or other forms of selective breeding to create future leaders with specific characteristics or abilities. These concerns are difficult to confirm or refute without further information about the programme's operations.
In late 1717 AN, a number of employees of the programme's Euran Directorate were liquidated following the release of data concerning the patriotic contributions of Iñigo, which had been unwisely shared with the Order of the Holy Lakes, and subsequently made public knowledge.
Deployable Reserve
The Deployable Reserve, established in 1760 AN, was a cadre of unmarried but wellborn Humanists between the ages of 18 and 40, distinguished by their membership of the Order of the Holy Lakes.
