Rey (known 1559–1574 as Alcazar Haketia and 1650–1729 as Réi) is a city of historical significance on the eastern coast of Eura. It is the largest city and capital of the Paminorshan Free State, the southernmost state of the Phinbellan Euran States, itself division of the Order of the Holy Lakes realm of Phinbella.

- 1536: As part of the Babkhan Reconquista, Rey was first put under the Ostan-e Kufukhaf, months later renamed Kelestan.

- 1559–1568: Ashkenatza ( Mahoz HaSephardim)
- 1559: Ashkenatza incorporates what is now Rey as Alcazar Haketia
- 1567: Babkhan sovereignty restored on Eura, Alcazar Haketia remains under the rule of Ashkenatza

- 1568: Alcazar Haketia now under the rule of Babkha.
- 1574: Alcazar Haketia renamed Rey

- 1623–1656: Part of Passio-Corum. In 1623, a small Passican colony was established in the ruins of Rey.
