Jacob Utherion Lewis is a Blackstone-born nobleman who is a scion of the Lewis family from this father's side and from the House of Verion and the House of de Montfort from his mother's side. He has been the Lord of Blackstone since the death of Regina Verion in 1729 and a Senator of Hurmu since 1734. Through his marriage to his great-niece Ioanna ab Rihonna, he became a member of the House of Earion, the ruling house of the Kingdom of Celebarad. He is a first cousin of the slain prince of the Calbain Deiniol.
