Stephen Alois Lewis was an Elwynnese and Shirerithian nobleman, politician and businessman. He served as the chairman of the Verionist Union, and was a Conducător of Free Elwynn. He had also been the Conducător of the Northern Commonwealth (1675–1675), and of the Congressional Counties (1672–1675). Also former Count of Fieldburg (1669–1672). He was also Governor-Regent in the Iron Company. Previously, Conducator of the Elwynnese Republic (Congressional Counties), 1672–1675.
Stephen Lewis was the head of the prominent Elwynnese Lewis family, being a grandson of former Steward Jack Lewis. He had seven children, Edelhard (1644), Gait (1645), Alessandra (1647), Layla (1649), Finnwold (1650), Uther (1652), and Benjamin (1655).
