Ragnar Filip Tarjeisson (1688- ), born in Elijah's Rest, Normark, to Tarjei Thorgilsson and an unknown participant in the N&H Future Leadership Programme. Bound by blood obligation to serve in the Elian Militia from his twenty-first birthday. Entered into the registers of the N&H National Sector Party for Normark from 1709 AN. The obligation to serve in the Elian Militia was deferred, at the request of Ragnar, until 1719 AN with the intervening decade being instead occupied by a career in the Nordhær.
