The Eastern Sanilla provincial election, 1682 was the second election held to the Legislative Council. After the election the United Nationalist Alliance, Sanaman National Party, Nationalist & Humanist Party and Laqi People's Party remained in government with a one seat majority. The Northern League was not included in the government formation and left the Executive Council following the election.
