Robert Aloysius Mycroft Vernet, the 6th Baron of Willow is a Brettish nobleman, landowner and politician who is serving as Lord Steward of the Brettish Isles. Upon the death of his father, Everett Vernet, in 1730 he inherited the Barony of Willow as a personal estate.
His political carreer was marred by a conflict with the increasingly authoritarian Prince Jack III of Calbion which escalated in 1746. In the years that followed, Vernet negotiated the transfer of sovereignty from Calbion to the Order of the Holy Lakes. Through the ratification of the Brettish Isles Accession Treaty, he was inducted to the Order of the Holy Lakes and became a permanent senator..
