The Euran Alexandrium Coordination Organization (EACO) is an international organization established by the Treaty of Fontainebleau on Alexandrium Coordination on 15.VI.1749 AN to coordinate production, pricing, and distribution of Alexandrium among the primary producing nations of Eura. The organization's four founding members are Constancia, Nouvelle Alexandrie, Oportia, and Zeed, which collectively control 100% of all known Alexandrium reserves (which is found only in Eura).
EACO operates under the framework of the Euran Economic Union and maintains its headquarters in Fontainebleau, Alduria, Nouvelle Alexandrie. The organization establishes production quotas for member states, develops reference pricing mechanisms, and enforces strict export controls requiring unanimous approval for sales to nations not on its approved purchaser list. Natopia and the Benacian Union hold special most favored nation status under the treaty, granting them priority access to Alexandrium supplies and preferential pricing terms.
