Vladimir Ivanovich Maksimilianov-Shvinnskiy, born 1698, son of the concubinage union between Ivan Maksimilianov-Shvinnskiy, Viscount of Hope, and Christina Aguilar in accordance with Imperial Decree 1180.
Holds Shirerithian and Hurmudan nationality due to his father, and is a dual-national of Nouvelle Alexandrie and Constancia because of his mother.
