Chaghagan Khoga, born in The Green, in 1624 (aged 127), is Khan of the White Band of the Eastern Ulus of the Silver Yak Horde. Admitted to the Order of the Holy Lakes in 1694 following his Band's declaration of loyalty and tribute to the Order of the Holy Lakes. Elected to the Senate for the Humanist List in 1701 and 1707.
Chaghagan had one son, Khoga Orduoronartai, but Chaghagan's wife, the mother of Orduoronartai, died during childbirth. His heart crushed, he vowed never to marry again. Through Orduoronartai, he has two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Following the attack on Ghawlama by a faction of the civil war in neighbouring Arbor, Chaghagan called for a khuruldai of the Silver Yak Horde in the eighth month of 1703 AN, the same month as in which the attack occurred. The banners of the White Band were to assemble to Vadimbaatar, ahead of the outcome of the gathering.
